So Liberty flew a private jet out to like Arizona or somewhere out west to fly in a specialist to work on Freeze, yet last year they tried hard to get rid of Anthem for health insurance and only offer some supplemental policy like Aflac (wasn't Aflac, but the same type of thing) but ultimately didn't eliminate Anthem because the employees were about to riot. That school is basically printing money with their online programs, they literally have to keep constructing new buildings to keep their tax exempt status because of all the money coming in from their online programs. Yet they are cheap as shit with salaries and benefits for 99.9% of their employees. When I was an assistant in my position at the D3 school I left in January (I was promoted to head of my unit within the athletic department in November), I would have had to take a pay cut along with worse benefits to be an assistant at D1 Liberty.
