City has an ordinance in place that doesn’t allow the airport to jack up the prices. 90% of the restaurants are extensions of local places, free wi-fi, all designed in a giant H that’s easily accessible from the middle of the ‘H.’ Been in MSP 7-8 times and it’s a great airport. Probably #2 on my list (it’s, my list, not nearly as massive as most people, but I’ve hit all the major ones in the west and a few in the East)
