That announcer needs to get off TikTok. He did that annoying thing middle school kids do too. I forget what it is but it's like Skee EEEEEEEEEEEE t or some shit.
It's very disappointing that I couldn't win the first four overtime in my life. Thank you for your support. Return to Lincoln ✈️ #GBR
Don’t feel sad. He might actually be able to recognize his potential somewhere else. And we might have a minuscule chance of catching lightning in a bottle with another option who hasn’t been ruined yet.
It’s sad because he got his ass kicked for 4 years, not a lot of wins to show for it, and he’s a good guy. I’m more mad Frost than anything else for fucking this up.
a good guy and good player who in another situation would have been competing for All American honors, the corches really let him down here.
Average Husk fan - thank god that’s atleast 2 TOs a game, Frost can finally win now. Adrian wasn’t perfect or even close, but what a tough SOB. Hope he goes somewhere where he can compete in a bowl game.
The only redeeming factor to this entire charade is that I must live in a bubble of smart people. nobody I know is pissed at Adrian, nobody wants or likes Frost, etc. Tldr: I’m learning the ‘my gunssss’ crowd and ‘Scoot needs 10 more years!’ crowd are 1 and the same
I had no idea that defensive back is white from Texas. I’m not normally racist unless we’re talking about white DBs
Watch him go to Minnesota or Illinois and make Myles Farmer look like the worst safety in the B1G which he is.
I've seen a lot of Husker safeties whiff on their angles at Iowa RBs, but none so spectacularly as him.
late on the Martinez discussion but he’ll do great things at another school. Having to play behind one of the worst o-lines for 3 years including the two worst OTs in the country will ruin you. The dude was constantly under pressure and still managed to make plays.
He also just wasn't good in crunch. There were two HUGE plays this season he just quit early before the whistle in Michigan and Minnesota because he just assumed he did enough. He's a great dude and a good football player but his record speaks for itself. It's for the best he moves on. We better be hard at it behind the scenes finding his replacement because despite his faults he was still the best we had.
Mickey breaking his leg is one of my first Husker football memories. Poor guy got tackled 5 yards out of bounds into the bench area. Basically ended his career.
Was Adrian great? No Will we have someone better next year? No it’s just strange for him to be leaving considering he’s definitively been the face of the program for the whole frost era but he is leaving early and it’s not to go pro…
Couple things here. College basketball is the worst all around sport to watch and the main reason is refs. I wish Martinez luck, but he's an athlete playing QB so wherever he goes I wish him luck and he'll probably be amazing cause fuck us but his decision making and clutch attributes are negative. Rattler is Martinez but he had a better OL and shittier character, I hope that fuckhead doesn't even think Nebraska. Main thing of all, it's hilarious there's an officiating.com and a forum and it looks like a Netscape homepage. Just fitting and awful and CBB refs are literally the worst.
I don’t know much about Coach Joseph, but having a New Orleans legend better help us get more kids from the boot
I’m sure that’s the case for some, but I really just think it comes down to the fact when he made mistakes it always seemed to be at the worst possible time every game and it overshadowed anything positive he did before it. He was not a part of a game winning drive in four years, whether that’s his fault or not, if he even had like 1-2 drives that ended in a score I think that changes a lot. It also didn’t help that he had a solid freshman season and hype was sky high after that. It’s not his fault he didn’t live up to that, but still it’s natural for fans to have something like that skew their opinion. Not saying I agree with people who were hard on him, but there’s definitely more reasons why people get frustrated with him than just to shield Frost.
