I understand pitching is strained, but bringing Bunz in was such a fucking bad move by Bolt. Literally anybody else would’ve been a better choice

That bomb might have been the first strike I saw Bunz throw all regional.

 

Knew it’d come down to the pen and that’d be what cost them the win. Still a good season, and if they can add a few more legit ball players they’ll be in Omaha assuming they keep this mindset they have going.

 

I didn’t pay an ounce of attention until the regional but this season seemed like one hell of a success.

 

not really. Knew it was bad from the start. In 2 appearances this weekend Bunz has only recorded one out. He has had trouble throwing strikes and getting anyone out.

 

Good season from the boys. Expectations were surpassed and Bolt has us knocking on the door. PAY THE MAN WHATEVER HE WANTS.

 

I’ll bet the farm that Kevin Warren is responsible for the nation’s best closer being able to throw for 6 innings.

 

Obviously the preseason projection was off, I felt we’d finish top 2-3 just because, but still a huge success.

Could have folded after that choke job against Rutgers but I think instead they rattled off like 7 of 8 and clinched the conference. Went on the road and hung with the #1 team twice and beat them once.

And they didn’t give two fucks all season and just kept grinding.

Obviously some of those Arkansas fans (not on here, at the actual game) were pretty big clowns especially with the shit they possibly did with Mojo and his family, but god I’m now desperate to get back into a raucous environment like that again. Might not be until next baseball season the way things are going but that stadium was on fire.
