Triple doubles are pretty rare in CBB. Only 3 players in D1A history have more than 5 in their careers. Probably the biggest reason, aside from shorter games compared to the NBA, is that good shooting is at a premium in the NCAA so assists can really go by the wayside.
When our OT play is what it is, and we bring in a 6-7 275 TE who is supposedly primarily a blocking TE, and we arent prepping him for OT, it's a mistake. Jmo
