Easy, but interesting grid today
I’ve come across a ton of guys born in Germany while browsing BR in the last but couldn’t remember any who fit the criteria today
tried to stick with a theme today
Pedro and Hampton killed my score today.
That one doesn’t even go all the way to 11.
Easily the best I've ever done.
This may have been the quickest one I've ever done
Pirate Ps will always get me
Tried Mike Cuellar as my Oriole, but he only got to 185.
Apparently I mix up the Magic and Nets jerseys in my brain or something because I got 3 guesses wrong on that square
I only got Wakefield because I looked up his stats after he died.
Blyleven was an educated guess for me, he was a big part of some Twins teams growing up and knew he played for a ton of teams overall, kinda surprised i didn't think of Wakefield. Also surprised that Palmer was so high, i thought most people woudl be picking Mussina there...
Got like 4 yesterday. The day before my rarity score was insanely high. Today it's still high, but alas.
it's so fucking weird...I can list about 7 pitchers that I know pitched for Pittsburgh
that's it...I can't explain why the rest of my memory bank is so empty on Pittsburgh pitchers
Kris Benson is #7
That's my list, along with Mark Melancon, Rick Reuchel (sp?), and Terry Mulholland. And yes, always remembered Kent Tekulve from baseball card collecting days, very memorable name and face with glasses and sideburns ;)
I know a lot of Pirates pitchers but mostly from like 2000-2010 and they were garbage so none of them won 200+ games.
Francisco Liriano not getting enough love
also apparently 1990s WCW luchador Silver King won 200 games and played for the Pirates
he came to mind after I was done posting, too lazy to add an addendum
