IIRC even the most pseudo of the pseudoscience that supports heat therapy in saunas say that any benefit you glean from being in there falls off after 30 minutes
Quite often people will do sit ups or life weights in there That and people talking blows my mind. Just relax
https://higherdose.com/products/infrared-sauna-blanket Just ordered one of these, want to have a traditional sauna put in one day.
There is some cleaning solution you are supposed to wipe it down with after every use - I have never done this but the wife does it seemingly often.
Just rejoined my gym (haven’t been a member during Covid) and after first workout enjoyed my steam room. Shit is the greatest.
been loving it. Usually go in for about 25 mins. I definitely use it more in the winter. Good purchase
was interested in the 3 person ones. the internets say the 2 person units are really tight. so if me and her are in it i want some elbow room.
yeah, the only other thing i would recommend is making sure you can start the sauna remotely. It takes mine about 40 mins to warm up. Not sure how the three person one.
I was redoing my condo and I just had the builders do this as well. I am pretty sure it was very easy though.
Up at the cabin we do. It's in a log cabin style building, 3 tiered cedar benches, barrel stove. Also have a set up where you can pump water from a bucket to either onto the rocks on top of the stove to create a steam room effect or to an overhead showerhead so you can take a shower in the winter. I'll see if I can find some interior photos that aren't me taking a selfie in front of the thermometer.
