Just made hard boiled eggs for some bacon pimento deviled eggs. Pretty easy and they came out perfect.
We are same. Deviled eggs are on the game snacks menu for tonight. Instapot hard boils em perfectly every time (as detailed earlier itt).
I made mashed potatoes with the pressure cooker last night. Didn’t really have to, but it seemed like less work than the traditional method. It was easy and turned out really good. https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/pressure-cooker-mashed-potatoes/
I don't have a recipe anywhere (i'm sure there are plenty on google), but I would recommend making an oxtail soup. Made one last year around this time last year in the slow cooker and it was excellent.
We just got this new Ninja brand instant pot that is also an air fryer. Looking forward to trying it.
Mrs. Celemo made the Zuppa Toscana soup tonight with garlic knots. Holy Fuck I fell in love with her all over again. Thank you based Instapot
I make a lot of curries and Asian cuisine. We burn through a bottle of fish sauce once every 4 months or so.
We just got a 6qt, I don’t suppose there’s any hope for an updated OP with a collection of recipes/links? pacey
Yes, indeed. I saw the recipe all the way down in the second post. It sounds delicious. I was wondering what other recipes read the 10 pages of the thread.
What he said. Meal in a bowl. Another easy one is 4 chicken breasts a jar of salsa red or green and some taco seasoning. Cool the chicken breast in the salsa for however long a quick google says to and after you shredd the chicken in the sauce it is exactly like the chicken at the cheap Mexican joints. Great for chicken tacos
Zack Z has told me that his wife makes barbacoa in theirs. I plan on making that in the next week or two.
I usually make this in a slow cooker but I used the IP last week to feed the heathens at work and it turned out pretty damn good. If you throw it in a cast iron before serving to crisp the pork, it takes it up a notch. https://www.isabeleats.com/mexican-slow-cooker-pork-carnitas-tacos/ I usually make a batch of this to go with. Rick Bayless is the man. Its superb. https://www.rickbayless.com/recipe/crunchy-tomatillo-avocado-salsa/
Made beef stew two days ago and cut the potatoes too small and they ended up just mushing into the broth. Was still delicious but not what I wanted to happen
Okay, gonna try this for the first time....how long and what setting for some chicken breast and rice? I want to cook it together...just throw it in the pot and set it......
That looks like a good one, there are so many options.... I’m went with the pot roast tonight... gonna try that chicken one tomorrow tonight.
