Facebook stirs me up sometimes, but I think the worst for me is Rivals or a Gamecock homeboard. My Facebook feed at least has a streak of enlightenment. Thank god for this place because most sports forums are just pure garbage
great question. No IG for me. That’s Facebook but worse IMO. Have twitter for news aggregation, haven’t tweeted anything personal in years. Snapchat for what my friends are actually doing but it’s mostly just an extension of the group chat. It’s real life. I don’t post stories, just videos or pics direct to friends. That’s it. I don’t feel like I miss a damn thing that matters to me.
It's unbelievable how much better my life became once I got rid of social media about 8 years ago. Completely social media free. It really helps weed out the scumbags in your life.
I would imagine you are not the only person in that boat regarding the pictures. I took all the ones I had and put them on an external hard drive. It was a bitch, but worth it
I don't understand having your gears grinded so badly by stuff you come across on social media. A lot of times, I come across a post and look forward to reading the responses to it just for the slight entertainment of it. (ex: our good buddy Wonald Savage's social media stuff)
just deactivated it actually. reported a pretty heinous post and they got back to me like three days later saying it didn’t violate their terms. fuck em. i kept pretty low profile on there but i imagine we had a few mutual scenesters
Don’t like or enjoy FB but I do get “updates” from people, groups, events that I would not get any other way. Feels dirty that they use algorithms to target me with ads, videos, etc. Torn between selfishly knowing if some girl is still hot and filling my brain with drivel from sources FB picks.
it really doesn’t look like they are talking. It looks like Nicholson is absolutely mugging this poor dude that just wants to go get a drink and find a nice lady
Cool then and now pics https://www.demilked.com/then-and-now-photos-rephotography/ #2 My Grandfather And I In Tokyo, 73 Years Apart
I never post anything on Facebook but it’s the only social media platform I’m on. No twitter, Instagram or snap.
My internetting consists of TMB, couple firearms forums, couple metal forums and one sports card forum. I feel like I have everything covered and there's no need for social media.
I’m on Facebook. Never post. On it for groups I’ve been in for a long time. Have Twitter and Instagram mostly for sports and meme purposes though.
Late to the party, but I deleted my fb in 2009. Instagram has zero posts. Twitter has 15 tweets since I did a full delete/refresh in November. reddit is my addiction though.
That's like saying I gave up liquor, smokes and crack, but I go through a box of Whippets every night.
That’s because 90s kids were the last generation before the world heated past the point of snow return.
Seems dickish but I respect the game. He had important thoughts to think and just needed somebody to hold him down
Didn’t he do that because he was trying to get her to divorce him or something or did I just make that up in my head right now?
Dang...wish I woulda been around back then to swoop in and do the deeds that 'ol Al wouldn't. She looks like she'd be in the pubes thread, which i can dig.
Amazing photo. Crazy to think that’s about the distance Owen Hart fell from when he landed on the ring post. Happened to see one of this dark side of the ring YouTube videos recently. So popped in my head when seeing that.
