Oklahoma was up 28-23 against Kansas and scored with :40 instead of taking a knee and running out the clock. FOH
Baylor was up 10 and called timeout so they could kick a FG to go up 13 as time expired. That's kind of insane, and it's not the same thing as kicking a FG on 4th down with 2 minutes left of a blowout, or keeping your starting QB in the game when it's already in hand. Not defending Riley because I don't care and I'm sure he deserved it on some level, but what Baylor did is the 1% of dick moves here.
He threw a fit when Austin Kendall transferred to us. Originally blocked his transfer even though he had graduated
Point differential could very well decide who goes to the Big XII CG. Zero problems with Aranda getting 3 extra points.
Also, Caleb isn't the second coming, he's a slightly better Baker Mayfield. Pressure him and he struggles to find his second, third, and fourth read.
Really embarrassing for Oklahoma after their lost their fucking minds and threatened his family when he left.
I think Caleb is going to be pretty good in the NFL, I think Lincoln should be thrown in prison for running this dumbass offense that seems to have no structure among other things.
Air raid offenses are all fun and games until you go against a talented team with a competent defensive coach The most baffling thing imo. You can't find 1 good DC and let him cook?
Fully aware I’m a schmuck on the couch but don’t see it with Caleb. He’s a glorified air raid quarterback playing in a weaker conference praying on poor teams. When he plays a team with a defensive pulse he seems to wilt. Certainly don’t want him to fail but just don’t see it in the NFL.
I think many would agree, though to this point he’s only played teams squarely in the bottom half of the league.
I imagine we’ll learn quite a bit either way because Utah, Washington, Oregon, UCLA in a 5 week span is nuts
