We ran across the Brooklyn Bridge yesterday and ran in Brooklyn Bridge Park today. Just unreal views. It’s cliche and cheesy, but as my wife said, “it’s just magical”. Especially this time of year.
Well, I guess I get to enjoy the city for one more day. Southwest has fucked me and about 67% of other flights for the foreseeable. Now I get to rent a car and drive back to Nashville. About 13 hours. Good times.
Oh, got ya. Not sure yet. We are having to move hotels and there seems to be more food options that way. Probably not Italian since we have that a couple of times. Really open to anything though.
Well if you're open and around at 5 pm, might be worth trying your luck at Semma. Thai Diner or Nom Wah Tea parlor for lunch?
we stayed not far from thai diner but unfortunately didn't go probably the most consistently busy spot we walked by, no matter what time we'd walk by there'd be people waiting for a table outside
14.5 hours later. Good lord. Fuck Southwest. But on a good note, had dinner at a Peruvian place by the hotel. It was great.
Legends is a typical massive sports bar. Fools Gold has lots of different types of Miller Lites and good food
Mustang Harry’s is a good Rangers spot by the garden, not sure if they get packed for knicks games. Legends is usually a solid choice.
this is our NYC Husker bar. Good spot. devine will fit right in our old one is solid too—Hudson Station I’m giving him all midtown because I assume he’s being a tourist square
idk why really but the vibe at the last few games and in the neighborhood has been pretty great so hopefully you get that
Last time I was here was a 4th of July weekend so I’m loving this. When on a 30 minute walk with a light jacket and it was perfect
