I figure it's about time we get a thread going for this show. That last episode was pretty intense. It's crazy how this show started off as something kind of goofy and fun and now shit's getting real. NCHusker88 DirtBall
I haven't watched the newest one yet but the show has definitely turned intense. Still charming and clever but the stakes are picking up
Spoiler I think they'll become Zombies before they kill them off. I honestly think if they were going to kill anyone off it would be the roommate.
Just watched last week's. This show continues to up the ante. The last 20 or so minutes were fantastic. Major will live for as long as he can keep his mouth shut about where he stashed the astro-brain. Tonight's episode should be awesome
The sequence with Major shooting up the butcher shop with Don't Turn Around playing in the background was so great. I got super fired up. Show clearly knows that it can be a fresh take on the zombie genre and is exploring some interesting things. Putting Liv in some really tough spots, saving Major's life by turning him and then having to say no to giving blood to her brother. It's pretty compelling shit. Although there's no way she would be stupid/selfish enough to use the last of the antidote on Major. That was pure plot shoehorning
Holy shit that finale was great. This show started as some silly zombie stuff and got really awesome.
Only thing I didn't like was the he's going to die cause he's O-. Yes it's the most difficult type to get a match for but the seattle metro would have plenty for him to survive without needing some zomblood.
Someone help my drub ass out. So the energy drink accidentally made the zombies. Than boat party blonde tried to profit off zombie kind by selling brains. So....season ends, and boat party blondie is dead cause she turned him human.?.!.?.? Boyfriend died, but then zombied but now humaned as well???? Brother is dead cause a common blood type can't be foud without zomblood in it......
We don't know if the rat cure works on humans, hence why she called Blaine the Guinea Pig when she injected him.
I knocked out season 1 in a couple days, not a bad show. Verizon doesn't have CW as a demand channel, so I can't catch up. Might just wait for season 2 to hit Netflix.
Zombitch in trophy wife ep -> fire. Peyton in yoga pants -> fire. Red head in yoga pants -> super fire. Major and his new "hobby" -> uh ohhhhh. Like the season so far. The Blaine vs Bigg vs Vaughn should be quality.
Wow, thankful for this thread. Just started the show on Netflix with the wife, 4 episodes in and enjoying it thoroughly. Much better than I anticipated from the commercials.
Yep, thanks to their advertising, I would have never given this show a chance. Is there anywhere to watch season 2 on-line right now?
Rob Thomas is the creator. I'd give just about anything he is involved with a shot. Joss Whedon is another I give the benefit of the doubt.
Blaine is finally a villain that I don't want to go away. Although seeing him take an L or two would be nice.
Caught up today I think. Some nice potential Spoiler zombie blain back, liv punching the rommie out, still have the whole blain banging the Ada too.
Spoiler Where did all that aggression come from with Liv though? That shit caught me totally off guard, because she's never made a move like that when she wasn't on someone's brains.
