PV Fish Camp - Casual, but a little more refined menu
Palm Valley Outdoors - more expensive than PVFC, not as good food/menu, but better outdoor bar
Barbara Jeans - Casual Meat & 3 kinda location
Lulu's Waterfront - Casual Fried Seafood
Valley Smoke - BBQ - insane whiskey menu

 

I eat at plenty of low-brow places. I just don't go back to shitty, tourist trap restaurants like Osteens

 

Osteen's is more local than tourist. It's not Harry's. There's an hour wait in the middle of January bc it's damn good. Fried shrimp is just beneath you.

 

Yeah. It was walking distance from my old place. We used to be regulars there.

 

Harry's is a failed chain restaurant. I had fried shrimp at PVFC yesterday & it was delicious. Osteens is beneath me.

 

I'm honestly surprised dblplay1212 didn't recommend the Mandarin Applebee's

 

Like I said, Osteens isn't foofoo enough for you. No frills 80's tables with plastic cups isn't up to your standards.

Shorts, t-shirt & flip flops are typical attire there. Parts of the menu are more refined, but the core of their menu is fried fish/shrimp baskets

 

It's casual to you bc anything lower is beneath you.

The Miller lights are 3.50 sorry. Yes I said it was more upscale but not by much. They don't have buckets on the table, but they are catering to their clients in that area.
