Yea, but it’s a lot harder to put together a team with better talent when you have a salary cap, salaries, trade and free agent rules and restrictions, and one pick per round in a draft designed to spread talent around than just convincing 18 year olds that god told him in a dream that he was meant to coach said 18 year old.
