It just looks right, much like punctuation after quotation marks.
That post you quoted was about a poster, not the President. Besides engaging you on your horrible Kandor take I rarely post in political threads anymore and only even sporadically use the board overall, so I think you meant to try this one on someone else. You probably have as many or more more posts trying to make this thread Trump related as anyone else. Granted it's because you just go from thread to thread rehashing the exact same trope towards whoever it is you decide to jock on that day to declare your claim to intellectual superiority, but still.
shakedown and watson
It’s truly amazing how irrational people can be to try to justify an opinion they want to be true.
Everyone knows they're pedos down that way.
Do we know what time it's being unsealed?
Your motives are certainly different. You want this thread to be about Trump so you can do your one true nonpartisan thing you're so fond of lately. Same trope as always, different packaging. If you can't be completely honest with yourself about it you will never rid yourself off this sickening narcissistic behavior pattern.
Your last statement is quite sad because you honestly don't realize you're doing exactly what you're complaining about. There were 15+ posts about Trump yesterday before I even entered this thread.
Technically it's correct, in England.
Yes, except I can stop doing it at any time. Like right now.
Running away instead of admitting when you’re wrong is just confirming my point. I’m not sure why we’ve decided it’s acceptable to act like republicans.
It isn’t something you should fill you with pride.
That’s a brutal read
You are Shit Midas of the board. Congrats.
Why are you making this thread about the POTUS?
Fuck this guy. Charging docs reference 3 employees who scheduled this shit for him. Imagine being a secretary who files paperwork and facilitates sex abuse against kids
He had these young girls who would age out and then facilitate the next round of girls. They'd start by recruiting for him when they were in school. Also body guards etc that were present.
Listen to the behind the bastards on it imo
One of the women who did this for him is married to a prominent NASCAR driver, its in this thread which one.
What was their political party? I need to know before I determine if I'm outraged
at least he is being charged with offenses that have mandatory minimums and they’re seeking asset forfeiture of his property in New York and Florida.
For those too lazy to find it, which nascar driver?
We’re gonna do this again today?
Internet says Brian Vickers.
For the record I'm attempting to make light of anyone who thinks that way. "Institutionalized sexual abuse of minors? Eh I need a little more info to decide my stance toward that."
Haha my bad. I need coffee apparently
The son of Clyde and Ramona Vickers, Vickers was born in Thomasville, North Carolina. Vickers is a fan of golf and attends several golf events that NASCAR drivers often host in off-seasons. He is an avid traveler and loves outdoor activities; rock climbing, kite surfing, cycling and free-diving. He married Sarah Kellen, who changed her name to Sarah Kensington, after substantial allegations emerged of her involvement in recruiting underage girls for a sex trafficking ring run by Jeffrey Epstein.
Lake of fire for that witch
Lol at just casually dropping this on someone's Wikipedia page.
helping operate a child sex trafficking ring is pretty high on my oh no no list when it comes to the dating scene
Not a deal breaker for Brian Vickers apparently.
rubbin' is racin'
If you ain't cheatin', you ain't tryin'
“What changes people is when their shoulds become musts.”
So if Trump is not implicated in Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring, what will be the next grand conspiracy that (hopefully) takes him down? The Russia thing didn’t go so well for the TDS/infowars crowd. Just wondering what’s next if Epstein doesn’t pan out for you guys.
I would think you’d just try to win an election but given the clown show of candidates you’ve assembled that’s not looking so good.
Also, for the halfwits like eHo...when the punctuation applies to the entire sentence and not to the quotation itself, it is perfectly acceptable - and some would say preferred - to place the punctuation after the quotation marks.
You half-ass, barely literate fucktards should know what you’re talking about before you try to get cute.
I'm not surprised at all that Shakedown is a Trumper.
I’m not a Trumper. I’m also not a crazy person who is completely obsessed with Trump.
“Periods go outside the quotation marks.”
Shake drank his coffee this morning
I’ll stick with the folks who speak the King’s English, thanks.
Someone is projecting in a major way today. Someone stupid.
When they raided his house last time they found like thousands of pictures and that was after his people spent hours cleaning it.... The volume must have just been absurd
perhaps you should read the ap or the apa or the chicago or the mla stylebook
i'll cum on your face if you talk to my friend like that again
Jeez guys is this the right thread to be cumming on each other? Get it together
Did you even read the link you posted? It clearly states that in American English, periods belong inside quotation marks. You're not British, are you? Periods inside quotation marks is what is taught in the US; what is instructed by the AP, MLA, Chicago, Strunk and White, etc.; and what is expected by any US journalism school. This is elementary stuff, my dear.
Do me a favor and post an article from the AP, Reuters, WSJ, or NYT that places a period outside quotation marks.
We’ve had this argument probably three other times over the past several years because someone always likes to get cute, Rivals style. eHo is a general loser with little to add to any conversation that isn’t about heavy metal, so he’s a common culprit.
I’m well aware of both the British and American conventions. To me, it looks far better to have the period outside the quotation marks when the quotation marks are word-specific and not related to the sentence itself. Apparently the English agree. So call me an Anglophile and please STFU already.
if they dont get the pulitzer shits rigged
Looking better =/= Being right
