Is Jon Hamm packing like some paparazzi pics years ago suggest? Leo has always come across as kind of a creepy to me.
Hamm is packing. I'm gonna disagree on Leo, both myself and my wife think he's awesome as a person and she knows him much better than I do. He definitely likes dating younger women and partying but that's really all I've ever heard of as a accused negative against him. I mean there's only a handful of people on the earth that can remotely relate to his life - I definitely can't.
Hamm is a comedy nerd who used to hang around UCB for years before he broke out. He's still loyal to those people who now have podcasts, as well. A solid guy, all around. (If you know what I mean)
I have never worked with her, but back when I was doubling Vincent D’Onofrio, one of her songs was playing on someone’s phone. A grip walked by and said to turn that shit off, b/c he worked on that music video, and JLo was a bitch. Vincent responded that he worked with her on a film, and that she was a sweetheart. The grip walked off laughing. That’s all I’ve got.
He was great in that movie. It had all the makings to be such an amazing movie. Honestly think if it had a different female lead then it would’ve been a lot more popular.
Nothing negative to say about the guy - he used to come to one of my venues regularly but obviously got absurdly busy later during that timeline.
I know this a JLo love/hate thread but she's not the reason "Gigli" was so bad. That lands squarely on Martin Brest who lost his damn mind on that film.
She's been a solid actress in other films as has Ben - I have to assume that film was just a mind blowing failure from the top.
I'm obviously biased but aside from being racist or actively harming someone -it's just the worst character trait I can think of. That doesn't shock me that she's nice to a name actor and treats the crew terribly. She only came in once and made two employees cry. It was absurd.
jokes aside, I am not terribly surprised that a woman like her was with puff daddy for a while, these fuckers tend to gravitate together
I can't imagine how many shoes are still yet to drop on the Diddy situation - it just seems like every day there are more horrendous details coming out. Jlo, at least I knew what I was walking into - Diddy was beloved out here for a long time and friends with a lot of people I knew. There were always rumors but it was always moreso about sex parties and being bisexual. I never heard about him being a complete sexual predator and the other litany of behaviors surrounding him that have now been confirmed.
I know a lot of girls that have hooked up with him, that's just a situation of one girl telling her friend that he did it and her going to the press immediately. My 2 cents on it.
MLS has worked with him and known him well for a while - I've never heard of a girl saying anything negative about him but I have zero doubt he's put headphones on while hooking up.
I'm always amazed at the number of mutual acquaintances Eathan and I have Spoiler: Name dropping Zero. That number is zero
Hamm was apparently the kind of Fratstar at Mizzou that was the guy who got super into hazing pledges.
I've only known him since moving here - maybe he learned a heavy lesson or maybe he's just that good of an actor. He's very close friends with some of my friends that I would say are extremely good people. And that's a rarity here.
Yeah, I've only heard good things about him around STL, where he grew up and then returned to teach an acting class at his old high school. Fun facts, he taught Ellie Kemper and it's the same HS Zeke Elliot went to.
Have friend from STL that's tied into the charity & non profit space and have heard nothing but good things.
The Kemper family doesn't seem so great between a Mckinsey conncection and Ellie winning the Confederate homecoming queen pageant.
I saw Jon Hamm at a restaurant in Atlanta when he was down there filming the Olympic bomber movie. Me (who has seen all of Mad Men multiple times): I won't bother him; let him enjoy his dinner. Random jackwagon: Hey, you're that guy from that thing! Can we take a pic?
I once shared an elevator with Meredith from The Office and had quite the internal struggle whether I should tell her she looks much better in person than the show. I ended up keeping quiet because that compliment backhand was a bit strong.
