Gotta hand it to him. Bama, Michigan, and all 32 NFL teams failed to win the college football national championship last year.
I would have went with: "If Jim Harbaugh doesn't agree with abortions how does he explain Michigan's 2023 recruiting efforts."
If he wasn’t an alum I’d be convinced Jim was a OSU plant intent on destroying Michigan from the inside
I'm sure they would have if they could. But this also isn't a new stance for Jim. He's very Catholic in his anti-abortion opinion and he shares it freely. We have a long history of him being a dumbass.
He's relatively open-minded for a football coach, except for abortion. He supports Kaepernick (after an initial stutter), supported the free transfer portal, supports NIL and paying players, joined BLM protests, listened and learned after fucking up an issue about American Sniper, kept his mouth shut during covid and got his team vaccinated, etc. But he's stupid at heart, so he's gonna do stupid things.
He's stupid, but that's a very weird reading of a pretty straightforward statement. A dumb statement, but not about abortions causing covid.
"I don't think it's a coincidence" and then go on an abortion rant....I think you're off on that one.
Nick Saban’s very Catholic too but he doesn’t say stupid shit like this. Probably because he’s focused on actually winning football games.
Yes, Saban is both smarter and a better coach than Harbaugh. I don't think that's controversial among Michigan fans.
