I need a new job. Fuck me.
Was there an explanation for why he is in a tuxedo?
Dress for the job you want, not the job you have.
Jordan Peterson #137 rule for life
I knew a guy who did that... he got a promotion from the floor to an office and started wearing a suit every day when it was a business casual environment
He was back out on the floor in no time
it's my favorite part of the video.
I'll one day be able to tell my grandchildren that I lived in an era when two titanic white shitheads roamed the earth at the same time. The shitaceous period, we'll call it.
Let's get an updated "I listen for the good guests :shrugemoji:" roll call
just two white guys hanging out gatekeeping blackness
a tale as old as time
This was wild. bro
The ease in which he spanks his bottom.
Dudes who have listened to him for any length of time could already tell you this. Rogan is a dim flag blowing in the wind ready to validate and rarely ever challenge the things his guests say. I don’t know if he generally has strongly held political convictions aside from hating “sjws” and “cancel culture” because I’ve heard him sound alt-right and close to leftist in the same day depending on the guest and topic.
His problem is platforming and validating right wing monsters (way more than left wing) in the name of fighting sjws and cancel culture.
God, that woman is even stupider than I thought she was. It was a VERY low bar previously as well.
Maybe it's just because I don't watch cable news but I haven't really even heard of her in like a year approximately.
Assuming she's on OAN or something.
Like with most of these people, specifically Rogan, it’s hard to tell where his idiocy ends and the grift begins.
You've missed out on this
The most disappointing thing about this “controversy” is learning Jordan Petersen didn’t die.
the most consistent thing about his views through time has been dumb guy conspiracy stuff. His longtime flat-earther best friend is so broken by conspiracy spotify seemingly wont allow him on yet Alex Jones is okay. Also he's been friends with Jones for decades and iirc he's referenced listening to Jones going back to the early stages of his career, pretty confident there was a conspiracy subforum on his forum etc.
he knows where his reactionary bread is getting buttered at this point, but I think that stuff is revealing about who he is on a deeper level
The embarrassing thing about Rogan is that if some random conspiracy nut tells him the government abducted them and implanted a microchip in their brain he takes it as 100% fact. A world renowned scientist explains the basics of vaccines and he's extremely skeptical
I need to see the Joe Rogan hat some guy thought everybody in the office needed
It’s because he’s a fucking idiot that thinks he’s smarter than everyone else and sees things others can’t. Aliens? Well no one can confirm so of course it’s a conspiracy. Hundreds of doctors saying get vaccinated? Well that’s what everyone wants you to think but I know better.
Not sure if there’s an inverse of Occam’s Razor but that’s Rogan.
Rogan’s Razor imo
The simplest explanation is never the best one
This is perfection
It's $29.99. He had to have spent over $1200 to get everyone one. And from what I can tell, most everybody was cool with it.
Im not sure I could love this more…
You’re welcome for the setup.
You at your office Monday
Ok Neil, we see you. Joni Mitchell also did this. I could see a ton of 60s rock stars/activists doing this
Why the fuck would anybody spend $1,200 on hats from an unaffiliated podcast to give to coworkers?
Would not have guessed Neil young had $4b in market value
I want to check and see if that is official merchandise. I hope it’s not so he can turn that guy in for buying bootleg Rogan merch
I’m absolutely dying at the cognitive processes it requires to decide dropping a K on hats from a podcast you like is the move.
I’m gonna buy the entire faculty of my school hats from “The Chad Ford Big Board pod”
Also the Rogan Experience:
“if you express your dumb ass opinions on a given subject via any media, academics and leading experts on said subject can and will see your dumb ass opinions and dunk on you via any media.”
this theory really should be taught every semester from 9th grade to senior year in college.
The whole mindset is worrisome. I mean, in a vacuum, who gives a shit. I'll give my Rogan hat to the first guy I see in the street and be done with it. But in the context of '22-'24 America, the proselytizing of everything MAGA/Q/etc. just can't be good.
These articles are stupid. The stock went down then immediately bounced back, closing higher than where it opened. Spotify is on quite the downward trend from its high in November though.
Look at the Spotify apologist here (kidding)
Ask me any Spotify question
Yikes, how bad does Ernest look in this interview. It is pretty easy to spot a Rogan hater who doesn't actually listen to Rogan. Nothing like standing on top of the mountain tops screaming misinformation, while using misinformation to make your argument.
Why would a Rogan hater listen to Rogan?
I hate drinking pee oh wow get a look at the pee hater who doesn't even drink it
Do you listen to Rogan, or just take in short clips?
Fuck no. As I asked, why in the fuck would I?
How did you formulate your opinion of Rogan?
