Courtesy of The Donkey Show through three games in 2020, Justin Fields has 13 touchdowns and 11 incompletions.
At least the #Florida Gators had a decent reason for kicking Cam Newton out of school. Shame on Kirby
I've been meaning to ask but can someone show me the posts where UGA fans are adamant that their current QB situation is superior to having Fields. They just have to be out there.
It wasn’t really phrased that way because most UGA fans (I think) realized that Fields was probably going to kill it elsewhere. Instead, it was the unwavering confidence that Fromm had legitimately beaten Fields out in a fair competition, and that Kirby made the tough but right call. I’m just bummed we didn’t get to watch him win a Heisman and a Natty, like OSU did when their coach made a terrible QB choice.
We had Burrow in the program three years. He was good, not great. In his first year at LSU, he was good not great. In his second LSU and fifth out of high school, he played one of the best seasons in college history. Good for him, always wished him well. We make the same decision 10 times out of 10 seeing what we saw then.
Wow, that's pretty embarrassing for your coaching staff. Dude was absolutely horrendous under your coaches, and then goes and plays for Ed Orgeron and puts together the greatest season a college QB has had to that point. Don't worry, lots of our dipshits are still convinced that Fromm was the better choice than Fields just like you guys.
We're all embarrassed by it and we're probably going to kill ourselves if anything like that happens again.
I think it's safe to say that since Fields didn't win shit at Ohio St, I can pull for him again. Respect my decision.
Imagine rooting against a 19 year old African American kid because they didn't like being in an environment where they were called the N word
One time I was driving through Cincinnati and there was a parade of trucks with Trump 2020 flags honking their horns doing loops on 74 around Harrison. It would be embarrassing in 49 states. It was normal in Ohio.
Tribal sports fans aren't worth defending. I'm just glad he was in an environment at OSU where he felt he wouldn't be subjected to the kind of treatment he was at UGA.
the Talibanization of Ohio is going to be a good thesis topic for the next generation of Political Science majors
i look forward to the days of rockets being fired from taliban controlled Pickerington at Columbus airport a liberal hold out as the California peacekeepers pull out on their Tesla planes
Spoiler I am not suggesting I was part of that group, but instead the fact that Clemson has something like that last year, though it was only like 5 trucks.
