https://www.kansascity.com/sports/nfl/kansas-city-chiefs/article309860460.html I'm irrationally angry that they say Jamaal is better than Priest. It personally offends me.
I always thought the goal of football was to score TDs, not rush for the most yards per carry (I totally get the argument but I personally love Priest and he was responsible for some of the most exciting chiefs moments of my life since I can't afford games any more, sue me)
Also I know football is a team sport and running backs don't matter but Jamaal played on some booty teams... The 2003ish Chiefs were one of the most fun teams to watch. Jamaal's were...not.
Love me some Priest but he did run behind some elite, elite lines for multiple years in a row. One year went Roaf-Shields-Weigmann-Waters-Tait lol. Jamaal ran behind average OL with Cassel, Croyle, Thigpen, Palko, Orton, etc. under center. The TDs probably put Priest on top stat-wise but what Jamaal accomplished on some bad teams was remarkable.
Hey Chiefs bros, what time should a guy get in line for parking before a game? Lot opens at 3:30 next Thursday. Also, what is the best lot to park if we have a red pass? Finally, one of the vehicles in our group has a handicap placard - do they need to still purchase a separate parking pass? Appreciate the help! It makes me sad the lots only open 4.5 hours prior to kickoff
Handicap shouldn't need a new pass outside of the normal one I always like coming in via the south of the complex via Manchester Trafficway/Raytown Road or 435 and avoiding the fustercluck that is I70/Blue Ridge Cutoff Tailgating won't be that awesome for a weekday preseason game. I'd also recommend visiting Friday instead of Thursday. If you go Thursday, you're gonna have a bad time
we like lot C because it has a great vibe and is kind of in the center of everything. for big chiefs games they will usually open the gates when the traffic backs onto 435, typically 30-60 minutes before the advertised opening time. for a Nebraska game they’ll probably just tell you all to go home for your own mental health
I cannot stand when we plan CJ at defensive end. They pay him elite money because he’s an elite DT. Just because he can play at DE doesn’t mean he should.
Aside from the obvious WR convo, man, the defense just fucking sucked against the pass. It always hurts when you’re watching on TV, and you can tell by the time the QB is winding up he has someone wide open offscreen.
Feels an emo sandbag our way to a Super Bowl kind of season. that said, we had a good run. Fun while it lasted. Congrats to the rest of the league.
