I heard on NPR an interview with Benny Thompson where he said they will present evidence that shows direct coordination between the Trump Admin and Oathkeepers/Proud Boys. I havent heard that confirmed before.

Yes, and he was convicted of perjury for his testimony. You're not going to be able to nail someone else on the testimony of a perjurer. The insinuation seems to be that Trump conspired with the Proud Boys to storm the Capitol. Tarrio is one of about 15 or so Proud Boys and Oath Keepers facing seditious conspiracy charges for their role in planning to and actually storming the Capitol.
