Let me rephrase. That ice cream is gooood if youre used to not eating ice cream. It’s really creamy and has a nice flavor
It was good. Only thing I would change is cook the bacon first and then weave it together. With it already woven, it didn’t cook evenly so didn’t all crisp up at the same time.
I made the pizza rolls on superb owl day. Honestly, I really wanted to like them...and they were okay, but not as good as I thought they'd be. And you've gotta eat 'em fresh. The leftovers were not so good. That's just my thoughts though, and I'm not a strict keto guy. I don't keep a close count of my carbs, but I've drastically cut them down the past couple weeks and have lost weight and feel better. So, that's cool I guess.
i modified them my second batch around added some more sauce and a ton more cheese on top of each roll before i baked them so it's like a mini pizza within a pizza much more enjoyable imo
Down to 207.6 (from a high of 237 December 1) this morning. Gained a couple from cheating during the Superbowl but shit my brains on Monday and lost more than I had gained. People are starting to notice which is fun. I wish they were saying how muscular I am instead of 'wow you look so skinny'.
Had a nice older lady in my office tell me she could see a difference and that I looked good. I mean, it wasn't from the hottie that sits over the wall, but I'll take it.
went full cheat during the superbowl. gained 7 of my 17 pounds of water weight back overnight. Didn't even eat that poorly. Back on the grind until the birthday this sunday.
Was home for lunch today and bought some cauliflower rice and zucchini noodles at the store the other day. Throw some of each in a pan with olive oil and add some smoked sausage I had. Topped with a little Parmesan. Cinnamon fat bomb for dessert. Terrific and easy. Becoming more creative and it’s sweet. Also tried on an XL shirt today and the store and it was too big. Great feeling.
Down 13lbs since I started Keto 29 days ago. Getting easier pretty much everyday to stick to the diet.
Had to get bloodwork/numbers done for a work hsa donation. Down 21 pounds, I barely made it into “normal” BMI range, and my overall composite score was an “excellent”. Been getting this work done for a while to monitor meds/etc for a health issue and that’s a far cry from where I was. This diet works.

What I love about the keto diet is that it has so many people questioning everything when it comes to diet. Diabetes rates have been skyrocketing in this country for so long now and the ADA does nothing to help that with their diet recommendations

Brown Italian sausage. Mix with cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Cut jalapenos into halves lengthwise. Remove seeds. Stuff sausage and cheese mixture into peppers. Wrap with bacon. Roast at 425 for 20 min. Enjoy.
