It’s made out of cream cheese mozzarella cheese eggs and almond flour. It has a similar texture to red lobsters biscuits

But if it’s bad, can someone tell me why I wake up energized and clear-headed on keto, while eating a normal diet leaves me feeling sluggish and cobwebbed?
And if that’s the case, do I have to pick between a short life on either diet?
Taubes books address pretty well why there is so much resistance against the science. People don't like having their hard work and research challenged.
I think it comes down to people thinking you eat a bunch of shit food and as much of that shit food as you want and you lose weight. I am guilty of not knowing shit and believing lies too then I did research and realized how wrong I was. That bitch from The Biggest Loser tv show was spewing so pseudoscience and also pushing the lies that people think they don’t have to worry about calories and amounts of food. Also saying you can’t eat vegetables.
Yeah you can eat like shit on this and lose weight but you can also eat extremely healthy and lose weight. But, that doesn’t fit into the narrative some want to push. If this isn’t for you that’s fine but don’t worry about what I do.

I’m all for doing whatever makes you feel good in mind body and soul. If eating a 2 pound pile of cheese and butter every day does that, then awesome. It’s just so counterintuitive that I mentally cannot deal.
Why are you coming in this thread then? Just to shit on people following this? With seriously no due respect I don’t think any one gives one hot fuck what you can or can’t deal with. I think there are unhealthy ways to eat in every “diet”. I think mine is pretty healthy on this particular one.
Yesterday I had an omelette with tomatoes spinach and mushrooms with two strips of bacon for breakfast for dinner I had an in and out double double with extra pickles and grilled onions because I was out and wasn’t going to get home till late. Today similar breakfast dinner was grilled salmon with spinach, Brussel sprouts, and asparagus. Had blueberries and blackberries too.
I usually don’t get hungry till 10 in the morning when I eat breakfast and again about 6-630 and that’s when I eat dinner. Tomorrow I’ll probably have a keto waffle with some sort of meat for breakfast and for dinner probably some dry rub hot wings and some berries for my sweet tooth since I’ll be on my own for dinner.
That’s pretty much my diet. I drink nothing but water and a couple of cups of coffee a day. This is not just about putting butter in your coffee and eating tons of bacon and steak.

I think there are also concerns for long term impacts of a keto diet as it hasn’t really been studied. I know some cycle between keto and then something like slow carb
My wife did well on slow carb. I don’t bounce back well from the cheat days.
It’s funny how some need cheat days to stick with it, and they make some people fall off the wagon
