it can be if you do it right. they have different types of noodles - they have have angel hair and fettuccini and like a rice type of style. it's not the same as regular pasta but it's better than zoodles in my opinion

devine look at spiralizers as well. I have the one that goes on the kitchen aide mixer. Zuccini and squash are 3 net per serving. It's in no way pasta but you can season it and make it tasty. It's a good way to incorporate more vegetables. Just an option.
I have one and with meatballs and home made pasta sauce the difference in “pastas” is negligible
We've got a fancy spiralizer, and I like zoodles, but they are nothing like actual pasta.
Just picked up some ghee (expensive!) and shirataki noodles. Gonna get fancy in the Devine household tonight
Never done it but I think ghee can be made for pennies on the dollar
Correct, basically cook out the milk proteins and strain. Takes about 15 minutes.

Fell off the keto wagon. Hard. I've really just been not eating anything throughout the day, getting so hungry and not planning a fast, then getting a slice on the way home. This happened two days in a row, and since I figured "fuck it, I am out of ketosis" it became like a ten-day bender filled with Panera danish, Doritos, more pizza, fancy licorice, Wendys burgers and fries, and more doughnuts. If we want to cheat, cheat once, that get the fuck back on.
Last two days I feel normal. Normal means I am snacking on pepperoni and pickles, I had cauliflower mac and cheese tonight, and must have shit lava 12 times today.
Meh. I think this is gonna happen periodically. I think you keep eating whatever you want while making a keto plan (whatever that is and if that’s what you’re trying to do) and then choose a start date and get back on the train.
I’m eating a keto approved snap kitchen. It’s fucking trash. Chicken piccata. Put sriracha on it and it’s going down. This is why people fail on diets. Trash food and not nearly enough.
What is a keto approved snap kitchen mean
I guess they made it specifically for people doing keto and other low carb diets.

Not only is my Mexican grocery store a permanent part of my lunch rotation now, it has charged up the rankings to the clear #1 spot. 1/2 pound of carnitas, a side of nopales, a full sliced avocado, and a topo chico for 8 bucks. Plus a full salsa bar.
I’m in Philly area for work this week and have wanted to go to Paesano’s for a sandwich for a long time. Splurged today and ate bread for the first time since Christmas.
Sandwich was amazing. One of the Top 3 sandwiches I’ve ever eaten.

I went essentially 31 days with only one minor cheat night for my wifes birthday dinner. Even then I had 2 bites of chocolate cake and 2 craft beers. It wasn't hard. This weekend the wife and I decided to reward ourselves for doing so good by going over to our friends house and splurging. I had 6 craft beers and some 7 layer dip and chips. That's it.
I still haven't gotten back to my weight from last thursday. Keto is a jealous bitch and punishes you for looking at another girl. I won't be doing that again for a while.
