I'm still not sure why anybody is acting surprised. It was always pretty clear that a) we were a way worse team last year than our record indicated due to a hilariously shitty schedule, and b) a first year head coach was not going to immediately be better than Mark Richt. Richt has a lot of faults, but he wasn't a shitty coach. It was always going to take a while for Kirby to learn how to become a decent HC (if he ever does) and to get the Richt culture out of the program. This is also why programs who want to compete for conference and national titles shouldn't hire first year head coaches. It might take Kirby 2 or 3 or 4 years to figure it out, but I doubt UGA fans have the patience for 3 years of struggling to be bowl qualified.
Have Georgia fans started a petition to ban anyone who had access to this game yet or is it still in the drafting phase
