Should he stay with OU or should he go?
I saw where Stoops said he was staying but I don't think anyone expected him to go that high. He almost has to go.
$4.7 million reasons to leave Oklahoma
You mean Lincoln
He'd be dumb not to go.
Ahh hell obviously I'm still not used to that.
I think I just saw a video of him playing basketball too.
A real triple threat this kid is.
Edit: nope, I think it was another OU QB?
Who's OU's backup?
Now that's just good internetting
Tanner Schafer (redshirt freshman)
They say you can’t put a price tag on your education...but I’m pretty sure it’s less than $4.7 million.
You, a simpleton: Should he stay or should he go?
Me, an intellectual: Is Kyler “Tyler” except with a K or “Kyle” plus an r?
He should go
Don't you just sign and play football for a semester and leave?
Staying to finish second in the big 12 seems dumb. Take the money kid
It’s actually “Skyler” without the S
Austin Kendall RS Soph
Amazing that Oklahoma is gonna be starting a kid that was processed from aggie
Russell Wilson did.
Well he played for longer than that, but yeah. Same with Kyle Parker at Clemson
Jeff samardzija did the same thing, as have plenty of other. Not sure any of them were drafted as high as #9 though.
Will be super interesting to see what he decides to do here
What's the signing bonus?
He’s made more idiotic decisions before
like playing for Kevin Sumlin
And going to Texas a&m!
Yeah, you'd be an idiot to pass that up. Sorry OK.
thats the joke
I made it funnier tho
My mind is imploding
47 straight is convinced Kyler Murray is a top 5 QB in the big 12
Fam what are they putting in the water in Norman
I’m thinking kool aid!
Morgantown Friday night after Thanksgiving .
Come and see
R u going
He should also sign as an NFL undrafted FA and waste everyone’s time during OTAs
On MLB Network they were p sure he was going to play the upcoming season at OU, then give up football and play the only sport that matters. Too bad it'll be in the A's org though.
almost as embarrassing as starting a reject from Lubbock.
Everybody knows you don’t drink Norman tap water. Shit is foul. You gotta get a filter on the fridge for the ice cubes and those Eureka water jugs that they deliver. They’re really not that pricey at all and totally worth it.
He's from my hometown. Would love to see him play a season of football but definitely think the smart play would be to take the money and get to the sport he will ultimately play
Are there insurance policies available for a scenario like this?
Oh yeah this is a football/baseball topic not a water purity topic. I was hoping to see him play but you can’t turn down that kind of money for a kid in his position. I mean he could get hurt and cost himself big time. I’d be interested if he could set up some kind of insurance policy. I don’t know how that stuff works though.
