Arizona trades away Rosen and selects Murray #1 overall you heard it here first folks.
I mean, his offensive line at OU was 6-4 and 6-5 across the board. Is the thought NFL offensive lines are comprised of 7-footers?
is he a pocket passer, or somebody who benefits from rolling out and scrambling?
Did you watch OU play this year? He made tons of throws from the pocket.
Granted, OU's offensive line was better than almost everyone they played and he won't have that luxury in the NFL no matter who drafts him, but the idea that he's too short to spot receivers is simply false.
kyler murray is an incredible athlete that does amazing stuff on the football field
you are severely underrating Deion Sanders' athleticism
These can both be true.
i would be perfectly happy with him but there is a 0% percent chance that dumbass dave gettleman takes him
Throwing a football is a skill, not athleticism. Aaron Rodgers may have the best arm of all time and nobody is saying he's a great athlete.
Athleticism is speed, agility, quickness, and strength while factoring in size. Murray is very good at those things. Once in a generation? No.
Uh, Aaron Rodgers is a fucking fantastic athlete
Not terrible by any means. Better than the avg Joe. He's not an off the charts athlete though. He's not in the same stratosphere with a guy like Tyreek Hill, Julio, etc.
Don't forget Javier Arenas.
League of his own.
no i’m not he’s not going to be the best forever. kyler is in that tier and it’s not ridiculous to say that
Mike Vick > Kyler Murray
It's more about the height of the defensive line.
Someone doesn't need to be Albert Einstein and invent the theory of relativity to be considered a genius.
I see dallasdawg is high as balls and being an insane homer again
Probably - I was on the field during warmups when they played us this year, and he’s 5’9” at most
Charlie Ward > Murray
And Tebow seems to have better pro baseball stats thus far
And Tebow just hit a grand slam
Mike Vick would have been so much better if he played in the modern NFL. Offenses around the league have realized the value of mobility at qb and adapted to it. I don't think people really knew how to get the most out of Vick's skillset in the early 2000's.
That said, I definitely knew how to get the most out him in Madden in that era.
Surely kyler hasn't blown all that money knowing he'd probably have to repay it
Wouldn't it be locked in a trust or something while he was still NCAA'in?
I'd imagine not if they made such a big deal about him having to pay it back, or that could be the media making something out of nothing
How do taxes work on money you have to pay back
did he realize that income? TAXTAXTAX
Fuck Kyler’s bitch ass and fuck his greedy ass cunt father
Yeah, but he is still a fantastic athlete. Being "athletic" just isn't about your twitchy-ness, being able to throw on the run, avoid pressure and being smooth are all parts of being an athlete as well.
Do MLB rules allow that?
MLB would have to approve that contract, and I don't see how it could. That's opening an enormous loophole that goes against the entire premise of the slot bonus system. It would be the equivalent of a team signing Ohtani last year, and then giving him a contract extension in spring training that paid him more than what was allowed in the signing bonus. No way MLB would have allowed that.
Also, if Boras is in that meeting, I don't see him pushing for that because that makes him look bad.
Is he even that good in baseball? I hope the A’s tell him to suck a dick. Guy would be in A ball. No way is he worth $15 million.
nah the A’s used a top 10 pick on a guy that sucks actually
Didn’t everyone think it was a reach? His college stats are not anything special.
Not saying he's not a good athlete. He's athletic for a QB, but not a world class athlete.
He's basically at .300/.400/.500 with baseball as his side gig. That's pretty good
not saying he’s better than deion or whatever but holy shit you’re being dumber than usual
Also, I feel stupid for taking a report from a guy at a Dallas TV station that is very likely complete bullshit this seriously. In the Twitter era, there is no group in sports media that is dead wrong on things more often than local TV people.
you are a dumbass
