In honor of the upcoming baseball season, I've been making a few wagers to get my feet wet before football starts and I get way in over my head. I've been on a decent run (4-1 ML and 2-1 RL), so I thought I would track my plays here. Tonight 8/1: ATL -1.5 +115 CIN -1.5 +125 STL -1.5 +110 Considering the Giants on the run and money lines late. Cain is on the mound and has been decent, not great, since the break. But he is good at home and really good lately against the Mets. Lean towards SFG ML -169 and RL -1.5 +135.
i normally use -1 instead of -1.5 odds aren't as good but you at least get a push instead of a loss if they only win by 1. also play a good bit of baseball. was very successful in april / early may but since then it's been 50% at best so I've cooled off on betting mlb as much

Hahaha! The only reason I was playing Cleveland was because they were on an 8-game losing streak. Sheer odds say that at some point they have to win. Just glad it was the 4th game I played them and not game 12.

Looking at two games for my last baseball plays until the playoffs. Washington -129 Tampa Bay +140 Both teams are on losing streaks, and, while I'm not thrilled with the pitching matchups, I'm playin the percentages here.
