how can anyone actually evaluate him? it looks the same as it did two years ago. it's basically fastbreaks + layup lines. there's literally no defense being played at all. i can't tell if this is just a scrimmage or an actual game. also, at 8:46 he's right next to some kid who is supposedly 5'7 and there's no way he's 6'8.
He plays what his dad thinks is good basketball. The kid won't amount to jack shit until he gets away from his dad, bit these kids are weak or indoctrinated, so that's not gonna happen. I'm more intrigued by the neglected middle child than I am LaMelo.

I didn't actually watch the games, I just read articles about how things were going. Most of the articles were about how the coach barely played LaMelo and LiAngelo was actually doing alright and Lavar was...Lavar.
