Chino Hills is a pretty affluent city, but basically everyone with a son as good as Lonzo has gotten some kickbacks.
His house got robbed Leading theory on the coli is that he orchestrated it Robbers didnt even take anything
They had Lavar on Sportscenter later and he basically just said Barkley is a sad washed up loser who is just trying to keep his name in the news. This guy couldn't be a bigger cocksucker if he tried.
One of my absolute favorite things about UCLA's fan base is how they constantly bitch about SC football playing dirty in recruiting and such... It's funny, because the one thing UCLA athletics can pride itself on was built in large part thanks to the contributions of Gilbert.
As for Ball, at some point society needs to look at itself. The reason these fucking losers become famous/wealthy is because people gobble up every story, piece, or whatever that the media puts out.
That's what I said today. Although I do blame the media too for even putting it out. What happened to the day when no one gave pieces of shit like this any attention.
I just got it from this thread. https://www.the-mainboard.com/index.php?threads/tick-tock-alabama.166799/page-3
People didn't used to do this kind of shit, because you would get your ass kicked OR you would back it up and people would think oh what a cool guy. Society lost a major control when we lost the threat of an ass kicking :(
The LaVar hate shows why it's nearly impossible to be a successful, independent black businessman in this country. He's not "looking for a shoe deal," he's creating a BRAND. Setting the valuation of his kids at $1 billiion is genius. When they spurn Nike/UA and sign with Big Baller, he will instantly have a company with that kind of value. But of course because he's not humble and quiet about it, people hate. Ridiculous
Lebron wasn't exactly humble and has had no problem being a successful independent businessman, there are countless others as well. The Lavar hate is happening because Lavar is doing a lot of talking and he's not the one with the talent, Lonzo is the one that will have to answer for his dad's outrageous comments.
Damn, I didn't know you could create billion dollar businesses just by saying they're worth that much. brb, becoming the head of a major corporation.
So because Lebron has had success that means it easy for black businessmen in general, really? That's like saying we've righted the wrongs of slavery because Obama was president. And while you're ripping on LaVar for not having "talent", you do realize he's kept saying that Big Baller is a family business? His sons have the basketball talent, and he has the business acumen and salesman/hype skills. Taken together, that has "West Coast Under Armour" type of potential, at least if people give him a fair chance
Worth is a hell of a thing. If you say something is worth $1B, and everyone disagrees, start your own company and it's instantly worth what you say it is!
You're arguing a lot of things I never said, no it's not easy for every black men to start their own business, it sure as hell is easier for athletes which is who we are talking about here. Lavar is not a victim he's getting the attention he's seeking and yes it's a family business but it's his sons that will have to walk his talk. I like Lonzo's game and he seems like a good kid but his father is not a victim of society, he's not the first father to seek attention he's reminiscent of Serena and Venus' father.
Yep, I'm sure your problem with LaVarr Ball is that he's "stupid." I'm sure there's NOTHING ELSE behind that
Why are you trying to make it a racist thing? His dad is a fucking douche bag. They come in all colors. Sato's uncle ruined a whole village trying to get back at Myagi.
