Definately don't recruit the top WR in the nation - absolutely no chance he would ever land at WSU. How about this, you can recruit any amount of 2* kids from Florida and two 3* kids. I think that seems pretty fair, thoughts?
Just don't recruit any 4* kids from Florida and I think it's all fine. WSU won't get any 4* kids in real life, so grabbing one from Florida is completely unrealistic. You can recruit all the 4 and 5* kids you want from the West Coast though! I wouldnt recommend it though..
