Me too. The move there is the same...you can get a texas card easily online and then reciprocate to oklahoma or arkansas (if they are the same). I think texas makes you recertify pretty often, so I've never bothered with it
Probably right. While they’ll still be able to get what they want, cops will still be able to arrest and lock up black and brown folks for unlawful possession. Not sure if younger voters would have cared but yet another example of Dems completely shitting the bed when it comes to messaging (at least from what I’ve seen, or in this case, not seen).
In terms of weed legalization, yes. In terms of terrible arguments made by Rs, blaming too many doors for school shootings is still the peak for me.
All the people who would rather buy second hand dispensary than have the government Didn't even know there was a vote until 2 weeks ago. This was the only thing on the ballot.
Wait what? For a medical card in Texas you have to suffer from one of like 5 serious things and even then you can only get low grade thc and that’s if you find a doctor who registered for it.
There's a catch-all condition that you can get approved with easily through one of the registered telehealth providers (ptsd, iirc). But like you said, the product is weak. The legal d9 that's available is stronger than what's available through the program. Silly stuff
Cannabis has been used for thousands of years. Cory Booker: We need to study coffee more. We just don’t know enough about this drug.
A man was told he needed to come in for a drug test. He replied “Well which one? I done tested em all!”
It would be neat if we were allowed to study it but there's only one lab in the country allowed to do that iirc
I thought booker was one of the ones pushing for the legalization bill? Someone must have got in his pocket.
seeing the whole country gain access to full-spectrum edibles and cured/live rosin carts would be sweet. Clearly never gonna happen
Ole Miss used to be (until 2016) the only legal grower in the USA. https://pharmacy.olemiss.edu/marijuana/ HYDR
DIRTBALL STORYTIME: My strip-mall neighbor is a dispensary, when we voted to allow legal i asked their opinion, their manager said “I think we’ll be twice as busy.” He was so wrong, their clinic is right on state line so all the WASPS from KS can come Over and get high. In month 1 they collected more profits than 14 months of “medical” had. Lines around the block. Night and day.
I live in WV but border VA where the Jazz cabbage is legal. A pot store near my house announced they are going to start selling infused slushies. Is this okay for someone who doesn’t smoke or a terrible idea for me?
How much is in it? The normal advice for eddies is to take a half dose first, don't drive, and see how you react. Everyone's different but it's almost always not a terrible idea.
Official as of today I’m assuming? https://www.cnn.com/2023/05/30/poli...egalization-recreational-marijuana/index.html
