I have nowhere to build it yet but I also found this for it, and am ridiculously giddy.

also, not sure I ever posted this thing. The evolution from house to house is pretty crazy.

 

Built the baby yoda Lego for my son. It’s smaller than I thought but was a lot of fun building a more in depth Lego than I did as a kid. I’d love to build some of the collector ones if we had a place to put them.

 

This is my problem, I have these big kits and my spot to display them is a dingy corner in the basement (see above), kind of sucks.

 

Super jealous of these.

 

Makes me want to get the Ecto-1 set which is surprisingly still available.

Meatball sold off 1/2 his legos (mostly sets that have fallen apart) to buy a pair of AJ11s

Cool design aspect I’ve never seen used before. Rubber bands.


Left side built for comparison to right side. That will bag 6 and my last for the day. About 2.5 hours today.

 

Think the bottom shows the size pretty well.

the long foundation pieces are 8x16 dots and it’s a little more than 4 of them wide.

 

Do you think I'll be able to get this set if I try and get it on June 1, or should I pay for VIP? I showed my wife and she's on board.

I want the tall neck from horizon, but I don’t have anywhere to stage completed builds.

 

I just ordered the Van Gogh set and I'm thinking about buying this set as well. it looks really cool. I may even be able to hang it in my house (if not, it'll go in my office).
