Klopp pretty much saying he's starting a full strength starting 11 tomorrow which doesn't make any sense at all. At the very least Firmino, Mane, Salah should get the day off.
I get what you are saying from a league standpoint, but players want to play in Champions League and play for a team that allows them to showcase their talent. Sub off two of the three amigos early like he did at the weekend should be fine. We get 7 days off after ManU and playing on 4 days rest is not a huge issue.
My thought is he has a much better scientific grasp on where his players are with their work load and conditioning. Nice to have a manager you feel like you can trust. Its been so long.

Its crazy, they are acting like Liverpool need to win this game and have been talking like that all game. Why would Liverpool be in a hurry to attack?
Obviously they are a very good team but we're a quicker team than Spurs and Juventus seemed to really struggle with Alli and Son's quickness and pace. Plus Buffon is a shell of himself. We might not be favored but I'll take them over Barca, RM, Bayern, City. Obviously everyone is hoping they draw Roma/Shaktar
Interested to see how Klopp sets the team up tomorrow. I will not have a problem with a pragmatic approach that plays for a point if Mourinho sets United up to play for a point. Not rocket science but whoever scores the first goal tomorrow is likely to get the result as a 1-0 for either team sets the chess board up in a way that more than usual heavily favors the style each team will want to dictate. Glad Salah and VVD were able to rest during the week. VVD vs. Lukaku is going to be a great matchup.
