I thought this was going to be set to the audio of “Holding Out For A Hero” by Bonnie Tyler and now I’m really disappointed
I’ve watched the video probably 25 times now. So many things to notice. Think my favorite is the reaction of the ENTIRE end of Wolves fans. Hilarious. Second, just amazing when Origi gets to the 6 yard box he takes two huge gear down steps to get his balance faster than the defender and that is what makes all the difference. Salahs first touch was fucking sexual as well.
Jurgen said there were no injuries in his post game. Hopefully those guys just needed a break. Positive vibes.
Shrewsbury town again? We drew them at home with a mostly u23 squad 2 years ago and had to play there on replay.
U-23 is generous. It was U-23 less like 4 top academy kids and the average age was I think barely over 18. we beat them with the same kids on the replay if I remember correctly.
Just saw The Score of the Atleti and Porto game. Need to go find the highlights, looks a master class of shithousery.
Liverpool became the first English club to win all six Champions League group stage games. Great experience for the guys we need through the busy periods.
It’s not likely but want Juventus to win their group. Would make PSG the only team I’d really want to avoid in the round of 16
Gini doesn’t walk back into the Pool team and I don’t think we’d even be an option for a number of reasons but I don’t think Newcastle is the answer either.
I had seen that the South American players at PSG won’t talk to Gini because he is competition for their friend Paredes in team. What a bunch a fucking clowns.
Nice timing on that “Barcelona interested in Salah” story. I look forward to their pressure campaign.
They said in the golazo show that the barça board was anticipated income from the UCL for making the QF. To get the same income in Europa they have to win the tournament. Lol.
So several teams had covid issues this week, but Spurs get to postpone due to same. Very fortunate given the busy season. Should have to forfeit if you can’t field a team.
I’m not sure with omicron if that’s fair if they’re vaccinated as a team. I also don’t know what their team status is
More application of policy is my issue. Not with Spurs specifically. Watford was without three key players due to covid protocols yesterday. They obviously are not as deep as Spurs, but still had to move forward with the match.
