The Kop sang for the 96 for the first 6 minutes and on 6 when the roar went up, it was emotional. Had several Carlsbergs before the match, cheered the city draw on the concourse and then the next two hours flew by. Virgil remains as imperious as ever. I hadn’t seen Bobby play before, his impact on the game is even more noticeable live than on TV. Even Liverpudians can’t stand Lolvren, “we’re champions of Europe how is dejan Lovren still playing”. One thing I noticed at all the matches I went to was that traveling fans are amazing City away crowd vs Swansea was better than the home crowd at Etihad. Rennes fans vs Arsenal were amazing. but Schalke topped them all, 7-1 and they never stopped singing

I read an article saying one reason we may not buy anyone big in January is because Nike would not want to lose the new Kit bump.
