That game shows that if we slack up even a little in intensity we become beatable... especially against a club like city. Can’t fault the players though. Will be interesting seeing how we play with so many games still left. Think there may be more games like this with some of our opponents playing for a whole lot more.
was just gonna ask if anyone believe the rumors. We’d have to be sellling someone of note to do that deal.
We clearly aren’t making any big buys this summer. Think cantwell for like 15 mil, that’s the price range
Other than hating losing and my Fabinho card not getting upgraded in FUT today doesn’t really bother me as much as I thought it would.
Never say never but I can’t see it. Only way is if Klopp/Edwards feel he is a clear upgrade on the starting 11 and would probably require someone leaving. Plus Thiago’s injury record isn’t great and he’s already 29.
Wouldn’t mind replacing Lalana with a creative midfielder, but not one who is 29. The intensity of our training is also not idea for someone with Thiago’s injury history.
Does certainly feel like you can use money to leverage clubs that are in worse financial position due to the lockdowns than fucking Bayern.
I’d be sorta upset if we are talking about not spending much and we paid for Thiago when LB and winger is a million times more important
Gotta think there are halftime subs. Ox and keita in the same midfield and Origi just kinda being nowhere aren’t working.
This the new normal? Been shit since athletic leg 1. Not pleased about refusing to strengthen this roster. Meanwhile, Man U dominates during this same period of time due to Bruno, while Chelsea grabs timo to go with pulisic.
