wow just got respect for the @blackjaguarwhitetiger guy. he straight up threw that tiger on the ground
His snapchat and Instagram are awesome to follow, but I could never be as comfortable as he is around those animals.
Some of those cats have been declawed/detoothed by whoever owned them first. Obviously he still gets bitten by some and they're still dangerous, but it's not always as bad as it looks.
Yea a lot of his rescues were treated extremely badly by zoos, circuses, previous owners. Achilles came to them with all kinds of broken bones and shit and couldn't even walk.
He also has an app in the app stores that you can register once a day and he's apparently giving away an all expenses paid trip once a month down there to see the operation, etc. Plus some spending money.
I'm basing this is off years of watching nature docs and shows, but him acting "aggressively" probably helps him maintain dominance (and quite possibly side control) and lets the animals know who is in charge.
I remember a couple weeks back his playfully pushed his black jaguar into the water, and then a bunch of commenters were livid that he was treating such a precious animal that way. It's a fucking jaguar
a) as the jaguar comes out of the water with the croc, what's the rate of pictures being snapped? like 100/second B) is that a golf clap at the end?
Most amazing part of this is the fact that an animal that makes its living in the water is killed by a land animal while being fully emerged underwater. Not that jaguars are a slouch in the water, but thats phenomenal that it trapped the croc under water, sunk its teeth into it and came out of the water and carried it like a fucking stick up the side of a steep hill. Badass

Rare Amur leopards born at British zoo By Claire Corkery, CNN Updated 10:17 AM ET, Wed August 3, 2016 One of two five-week-old Amur leopard cubs looks out into its enclosure at Twycross Zoo. (CNN)A British zoo has announced the birth of two Amur leopards -- believed to be the world's rarest big cat. Twycross Zoo, in Leicestershire, central England, has released the first images of the as yet unnamed five-week-old cubs. The animals have begun venturing outside their den, and visitors can now catch a glimpse of them on a live-stream shown on a big screen outside the leopards' enclosure. Amur leopard Kristen watches as one of her cubs explores their enclosure. Native to the forests and mountains of Russia's far east, Amur leopards are a critically endangered species. They are on the brink of extinction in the wild, under threat from habitat loss and poachers hunting them for their fur. There are thought to be less than 70 leopards left in the wild, with 200 more living in zoos across the world. The new arrivals are the second pair of cubs born to mum Kristen and dad Davidoff. The first pair were born in 2014. Twycross staff hope the two cubs and their older siblings will help to ensure the long-term survival of the species. One of the as yet unnamed cubs rolls around in its enclosure. The first pair of cubs, Arina and Alexei, are already moving towards adulthood -- in the wild, Amur leopards usually leave their mother before they turn two. Arina moved to Highland Wildlife Park in Kincraig, Scotland, earlier this year and Alexei will soon be taken to Estonia's Tallinn Zoo. Dr Charlotte Macdonald, Director of Life Sciences at the zoo, said the birth of the new cubs was "fantastic news" for the entire species. In April, Twycross celebrated the first birth of a rare Diana monkey in the UK in five years and the first at the zoo for 29 years.
Just now seeing this. God bless these people. http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2016/08/drowning-leopard-rescued-well-india/#close
Every adult is like "this is fine, everything is fine", meanwhile this kid has been traumatized for life.
I love this world. What an amazing video. Also, possibly the most Indian minute I've ever witnessed. That's straight out of a cartoon and fabulous.
WTF?? The lady (mom?) holding the kid has a smile on her face as the kid is being attacked. Meanwhile dude with the microphone in the suit is all "What's going on over there guys?"
No clue if the leopard intended to harm the dude, but definitely looked like it was pouncing. tigers.
Just unreal how the tiger readies himself long before the leopard makes a move. So elite. Lions don't even hold a candle to tigers.
He's got such a great relationship with all of those cats. I doubt the leopard was going after him other than playing with him (which could have still hurt him). Pretty sure that's the same one he has video of that sits there and just licks his head all the time.
Been following him on instagram and snapchat for awhile. He's been on a roll calling out some other rescue that tried to say he drugs his animals and shit.
