probably 2/3 of my left clicks register as double clicks. highly annoying. anyone ever had to deal with this? is my best solution just buying a new mouse? the answers from google involve me screwing around with parts inside the mouse, which i don't really feel like doing and i dont know that i have the tools to do it anyway.
I would just screw around with parts inside the mouse before buying a new one. Unless you just want a new one. The fix may end up being easier than you expected
check your click sensitivity in the mouse settings for windows and/or in the Logitech Software panel if you have that if that doesn't work just take the thing apart and put it back together after cleaning...who knows you might have some old food or dried up sperm in there just catching on occasion.
