people who like good jeans that don't have shit all over them, so many brands have fading or whatever it is called.
Well yeah, but if you have any idea what you're doing it's very easy to find the good ones. The lower 500 lines are usually pretty solid, though some of them are way too damn skinny. The 511 cut offs they're advertising on their site right now just put a dent in my opinion of the brand as a whole though.
They are. And you are a flaming homosexual if you care that much about the brand of your jeans. Just buy the most comfortable fit for yourself.
I only wear 527s or 501s from them. The jeans they made for Brooks Brothers are fantastic, but pricy for Levis.
That's fucking retarded. Not all denim is made the same, not even close. I don't own a single pair of "high end" jeans, but most low end denim is straight garbage.
In my experience Polo, Levis, and Wrangler are the best combination of price and comfort. Skinny jeans, Diesel jeans, Lucky, designer jeans in general are pretty lame, I don't think dudes are supposed to care about fashion enough to go out and pay $100 for the hip "in" jeans. Leave that for the domestic gender.
I wear chacos with pants all the time. I don't wear jeans often, but wear wranglers when I do. I pretty much just wear mountain khakis and mtn hardware canyon pants though.
I wasn't talking about quality. Someone earlier said "Who wares Levi jeans anymore?". I said buy comfortable jeans, not buy the shittiest ones that fit you.
No doubt, but it's not like Levi's is some shitty brand of jeans. That guy made a pretty faggoty statement like it was uncool to wear Levi's. He probably buys his Seven jeans and then brags about how cool he is for wearing them.
You said jeans are jeans, I disagreed. I never said anything about brands. I've got a pair of american eagle jeans that I wear often because they are comfortable and fit well. Jeans are like anything else, they vary. When you say buy the most comfortable fit for yourself you are acknowledging there is a difference, quite contradictory to your jeans are jeans comment.
I think with a lot of the high end brands you're paying more for the fashion and brand name than you are the quality of the material. If you're buying anything like Wrangler, Levi, Polo etc. you're getting material that's relatively high quality at an affordable price. The material in Diesel or Lucky jeans is no better than Wrangler or Levi.
"That guy made a pretty faggoty statement like it was uncool to wear Levi's" Not what I meant. Just didn't realized so many people still wore Levis. I don't care for them, but I'm not going to judge others for wearing them
"are those Lucky Brand jeans? I love guys with style..." I'd say she was a 6. I'm guessing there were other contributing factors (alcohol, sluttiness, etc...) but that's what she said
Won't argue with anything you said there I agree for the most part, which is why none of my jeans cost more than $70-80. But Diesel and Lucky aren't considered nice jeans by anyone with a brain. They're they Ed Hardy of the jean world, essentially. Something like APC or Naked & Famous are going to be higher quality than Levi, Polo, Gap, etc., but you'll definitely pay for it. Selvage denim can be really high quality, but I ain't and I'm not a faggot who cuffs my jeans to show off that I'm wearing selvage denim, so I don't own any.
I am wearing athletic shorts and a t-shirt with sandals whole outfit cost like 40 bucks get on my level
she would have found something else about you. I bet you could have given her the dumptime in some levi's.
just put on clothes for the first time today. Blue RL polo, khaki shorts, flippy floppies. btw, type "the frat curve" into a google search
Hold on, I got this. Topic of discussion is now about what you would do if someone sent this email out on your fraternity listserv
i honestly only have 1 pair of jeans and i dont ever wear them. i think khakis are 1000x more comfortable fabric-wise. if i could find jeans that fit well, dont have goofy shit sewn on them, and with fabric that doesnt feel like canvas, i would be open to trying. not the case most of the time though.
Blue polo pocket tee, khaki shorts, sperrys, tortoise shades, and my bama bangs flowing in the wind. About to head to the baseball game, quite the fratty day indeed my friends.
