He's a daddy's boy from Charlotte, married to an Andretti. Interned for Dan Forest this past year. 5 is a very safe GOP district so I guess he's trying to primary Virginia Foxx from the right (seems impossible, she objected to certification this month but he might be better with cultural grievance stuff).
I was scrolling his feed when he announced the other day and was shocked to find he didn’t say a word about the capitol assault, but was upset about free speech 2 days later. I distinctly remember him causing problems on the team because of his political views and people being glad he was transferring despite an objectively good freshman year.
