I only went after 1 5 star, got him, and now have 11 4 stars committed (that I liked their stats better than most of the 5 stars). Unfortunately, I lost one to Penn State. I was hoping to go 100% on my targets.

Obviously something like 4th and 4 from your own territory is a no go, but 4th and 3 from the 35 should be whatever you want.
