Ponder's accuracy is terrible. That fumbled option should hav been mine too, I had three guys on top of it!! Ughh you're very good but I feel like I've shot myself in the foot about 6 times. Dropped passes and your 2000 yards on kickoff returns haven't been helpful.
Haha I just threw a pick where my receiver was a foot above his safety but the safety got it. Okkk. Good play though.

Alright then. I'm probably going to switch to Manuel for my next game. I did better against you than I expected (even though the score doesn't indicate it really). I didn't really give up any big plays to your O except the bootleg TD by Taylor. Those long kick returns hurt me, I don't really know how to stop those. I couldn't get enough pressure consistantly though, you were like 15-17 passing. The deep passes worked fairly well except for the one that was picked (floated it too much, should have thrown a bullet pass with your CB in flats). I hate getting behind early because I always seem to abandon the run too quickly and in this game you can make one tiny mistake and it's a pick (or pick six, for that matter). That's only the 5th user game I've played though, I'll be better next time we play ;) Good game man.

Just beat BYU 65-30 Not much defense but it's ok cause I'm better vs USERS defensively. I threw for 356 yards and ran for 294 yards pretty balanced attack. Played my back ups the whole 4th quarter LaTravis did pretty well in his first College appearance ever at QB haha

33-28 Ohio State Sloppy game. I have up a stupid Hail Mary and a 60+ option which i tried hitstickin the guy I have a tough 3 game stretch all on the road with Oregon, VTech, and at Rivals Penn State. The game at VaTech will be tough(night game on road). Oh, and triple. I'm scheduling a lot of visitors for our game in week 8. Be ready.
I've realized that I think I'll do better against CZA because he has a bad team than against hte computer using Clemson, so I'll send a lot of recruits to that game. Hope this doesn't backfire on me. .
can you guys honestly teach me how you are beating the cpu i mean ive played 4 scrimmages today on heisman and i get no less than 7 ints per game and the cpu qb gets no lower than 88.5% completion rate all that with no pass rush at all (even when blitzing 6) and he can rush 3 and sack me like i didnt have any linemen on the field are there cheat codes or something i can use
i backpedal only like 2 steps i run the ball about 40-45% of the time but techs offensive line is a disgrace in this game at run blocking
Well if you're in base shotgun try not backpedaling and reacting to where the pressure is right off the bat. I don't know really
Quick passes work better, but MAKE SURE your guy is open. If you have an agile/fast QB, I'd look to scramble some too. I run for 50 or so yards a game on scrambles with my QB and I don't look for it until I see all my receivers are covered. Just play more conservatively and don't try too hard to make the big play.
I can't stop the computer from completing a lot of passes either, but I will get sacks with safety blitzes out of 2 man under. I pick 2 man under out of dime and blitz the FS and just try to time the snap, if you time (on the leg lift from shotgun) You're golden on those plays. But I think Max Hall or whoever BYU's QB is was like 17-20 against me but I just put up 65 points on them so it didn't matter how bad my D sucked
Yeah, the QB's in two games against me are like 40-45 or so. It's ridiculous. The one bad throw VT made last game, my FS dropped the pick. It was when the game was close too, like 7-3 or something. Ughh. He always got the pass off right before I hit him (and right before it made the popfly deal).
If they get in there extremely quick you just have to learn to take the sack, if you are running and try to throw while being hit you can almost chalk it up to being a pick by the dline. I've gotten lucky a couple times of switchin to Offensive linemen after it goes up in the air and diving into the DL going for the ball.
Haven't thrown many, but you can throw them. You have to literally throw them right before the WR breaks, which is realistic. If you wait for him to break, then the CB is going to break with him and jump it.
QB can't have a noodle arm. They will get jumped occasionally, regardless of QB or when you throw it, just like real life.
I usually don't throw outs unless it's the slot guy. Curls work better IMO, or the little slant-out deal which works like a fade. I'm finally learning how to beat the computer on Heisman (playing on my offline dynasty), but they always come back when I get a big lead and make it a game.
