I don't know, I still say that was a penalty. Also think they could have called a penalty early on the shove to the back of Sterling. No Offside was clearly the wrong call. Bottom line the better team today is winning.

I could see the penalty going either way, same with the earlier one so makes sense 1 was called and 1 wasn’t.

We have showed the ability to kill off a match passing the ball around so still likely would’ve been able to finish off 2-1

 

yeah we got lucky but the idea i am hearing from people here is "it shoulda ended 1-1!" as if we woulda played the same for the last 25 mins in a tie game

 

Post match show they said City got all the close calls, didn't even show the no call penalty....however at the end the one guy did say that he believes City would have likely won anyway because they would have turned it up until they scored enough goals to win.

 

Otamendi suspended 1 match for too many yellows, will miss the Leicester game. Wonder if Kompany will be back in time or if we will see Mangala get another go.

 

Delph and Sterling removed from England squad for injuries. Hopefully Delph isn't serious or we are looking at going against Leicester with potentially down Otamendi, Kompany, Mendy and Delph on D.

Far more worried about Kompany staying healthy. 4-6 weeks with the congested fixture list around the holidays is pushing it

Haven’t been thrilled with all of Nike’s kits (and the standard templates each season for multiple teams) but no thanks.

Our best chances seemed to coming down after Huddersfield attacked. I am sure they are going to keep 10 behind the ball rest of the game and they are a good defending side.
