lovely goal with great ball movement, as dzeko taps it in 5-1 and as I type, wolves add one to make it 5-2
Balotelli 'In a bad period people can talk about you and say what they want, but I am focused on my football, my team-mates and my manager, girlfriends and my family, and what they say to me. What anyone else says is not important. Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2052949/Mario-Balotelli-explains-Why-Always-Me-shirt.html#ixzz1bvHJriFk
Trailed to an English club for the first time this season. FIRE EVERYONE!!! 3 goals in 3:50 was a surprise especially after a bright start from Wolves. Good to see Razak and Scapuzzi starting. Also Suarez and Rekik coming on as subs. Kolo was extremely poor at the back. Ak13 getting forward was the key. Still needs to work on his crossing but it is get better. 43 goals in 14 matches so far.
This is the best team I have ever been a fan of in any sport. They are smoking teams with their second string. I didnt recognize half of the people on the pitch and even my wife said "That isnt their normal goalie is it?" Are those guys that played today just buried on the depth chart or on a practice squad of some sort? I am not sure how the club rosters work.
Drew Arsenal away in the quarterfinals of the Carling Cup. It is more than likely to be played on 11/30 as City play on the Sunday before. Fun little stretch of matches in that period. 11/22 - @ Napoli 11/27 - @ Liverpool 11/29or30 - @ Arsenal
Hart, Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Kolarov, Yaya, Barry, Nasri, Aguero, Silva, Dzeko Pantilimon, Zabaleta, Savic, de Jong, Milner, Johnson, Balotelli
Attwell has been his usual shit. Stearman is lucky to be on the pitch. He has a future in professional wrestling.
So after 100+ years or whatever or mediocrity, a dismantling of the reigning champs and rival, a great CC performance, some fans are booing over 1 listless half. Tough crowd.
Boo'd the ref at the half not the performance but that fact does not matter to you. frenchie 10 to 1 on foul calls in the first half Silva got his leg sweep with no attempt at the ball. is on Hart. Needs to learn how to catch the ball or kick it out wide instead of in front of the net Not as pretty as the others but still counts all the same.
Will take it. Switched back to Comcast this week and had to watch it on non-HD. Lescott's forehead looked normal though on fuzzy close-ups.
video of the red? i tried to follow the score on my ipad but not much service in the amarillo civic center
Hart parried the ball straight ahead instead of away and Kompany dragged down the potential rebounder
Yaya with his 2nd from a ball from Balo. Makes it 3-0 after the penalty from Balo earlier in the match.
As comfortable as a must win match could be. Now just the fun task of going to Napoli and getting the win.
Never thought I would see the highlights on SportsCenter before finding them online. I think I will quit my job before the elimination stage.
Yep. They look to be in unexpectedly good form and we look to be pretty standard. We don't look worried though.
QPR about gets another off a header but it just misses the post. Stupid passing from City created the opportunity.
to QPR. Should have had 2 or 3 in the first half. Playing at a stupid high pace is causing problems. Really missing VK at the back. The poorest half of play from City in a long time. Dzeko with his trademark look like complete shit and then score a goal out of a nowhere.
YAYA sends City up 3-2 with a header off a perfect cross from Kolarov. Barry goes off and Balo comes on.
Scrappy and ugly but it is 3 points. I think we figured out that Vinnie is the most important player not named Silva. Savic is still a project. Great job to QPR for giving it a go. Also Fuck Adam Johnson. Lazy piece of shit
Been a fun international break. - No injuries to report - Barry scored England's 200th goal - Mario scored for Italy - AJ and Zab have signed new contracts - Real Madrid is rumor to be chasing NDJ - Carlos has gone awol again to South America. Why cant someone kidnap him instead of a random baseball player - Mancini looked extra smug hanging around the F1 race in Abu Dhabi - Annual report is out today. As expected a bigger loss than year before. Should see improvement next year which is all that matters for FFP. Funny enough no debt listed on the report.
Good luck to you guys tomorrow in 1vs3 Battle of the Undefeateds. Would love to get out of this undefeated but predict a "back to reality game" 4-1 to City.
Going to be an interesting one. Hart, Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, NDJ, YaYa, Milner, Nasri, Mario, Aguero Silva on the bench after having to fly to Costa Rica.
