Sounds like an interim is still the priority but maybe the loss today can make something happen with Poch/PSG.
Would obviously rather have Poch immediately but big fan of the additional 2 year consultancy role for Rangnick.
I’ll believe the power on club choices when I see it but having him at the club in any capacity going forward can’t hurt.
I mostly agree but de Gea has still made a few mistakes this year and the defense responded better to Dean last year. I’d hope he had the balls to bench Maguire.
Need Varane back for Maguire to see the bench. Will still be hard to do while he has the armband. Getting the team back on track will still come down to the midfield as it usually does with United. I could see Rangnick sticking with McFred for their work rate. Really hope a change can get the best out of Donny.
Irritates the piss out of me that Bruno doesn’t have the armband…..clearly been his team since he first stepped on pitch with them
Should find out soon but rumors of a front 3 of Rashford, Bruno, and Sancho with Ronaldo on the bench.
Given the clubs track record the catch is can we trust anything he suggest is actually fully implemented? He hasn’t actually directly coached/managed in awhile? Need Arnold to fully take over from Woodward sooner than later. Arnold has admitted he doesn’t know the sport and wants those that do in charge of those aspects.
OMG the visa thing is incredibly fucking stupid. Supposedly he would get some waiver if he had coached more......he's been involved in the sport longer than I've been alive but since it wasn't technically as a coach for long enough he doesn't get some waiver?
won't matter at the end of the season but w/e...where is a lawyer when you need one. Surely sporting director legally is not different than coach/manager by say Dept of Labor (or whatever they have over there) standards.
