I can’t take the F4 squad seriously since I just associate them with Professor Impossible, Sally and so on from the Venture Bros. I spared myself watching any of the shitty f4 movies that have been trickled out over the years to retain the IP.
I just don't see any way they bring in the F4 without using it also as a way to bring in one of the greatest villains in comics. Doom is coming to the MCU.
In the comics, yes. He was in constant competition with Reed in regards to who is the most intelligent person. Then Doom moved to including the magical side, and was #2 to Strange for the title of Sorcerer Supreme.
In the comics, he moved into that direction when he realized he couldn't best Reed. He also thought it would be a better way to rescue his Mother from Mephisto, but that is an entirely more elaborate story. Honestly, Doom may be my favorite villain in all of comics.
The on your left scene in endgame was one of the coolest experiences in a movie theater I have ever had. I appreciated even more when I saw it the second time (took my son) and knew what was coming when the rest of the audience didn’t. Amazing.
Have a hunch the next Black Panther movie will be an origin story for whomever it is that takes up the mantel next.
I think it will be about Shuri taking on the role of Black Panther. There will be enough time for them to distance themselves from some of the actress's comments on Twitter.
I feel like you lose something making Shuri Black Panther. She already has a really great role. I guess they'd bring a new character into a supporting role though.
I would rather see Okoye, but that doesn't really make sense being the Black Panther is supposed to be the royal line. Not sure what they'll do.
This is what I want. Unless they can bring killmonger back somehow. Multiverse killmonger where he grew up in Wakanda.
I saw that New Mutants was on HBO and honestly it was a lot better than I expected. By no means bottom tier of the XMen movies
Thought the same. It’s better than X3, Wolverine Origins, it’s not schlock bull shit like Age of Apocalypse, it’s infinitely better than all the Fantastic 4 films. Maybe it’s due to my massively low expectations but it was fine.
Friday always seemed like a bad idea since it would cut into opening weekend for theatrical releases.
I can handle not having to stay up until midnight on tuesday to catch it. Will enjoy a wednesday premiere
yeah an hour show would definitely cut into fucking movies maybe because Fridays are typically TV death days
the only black marks in the MCU is Edgar Wright and the revolving door of directors for Thor 2, I think both Patty Jenkins and Ava Duvernay said fuck no to that script.
