I’m guessing there’s a few too many adult themes to watch with the 7 year old. Which leads to another question. Will MoonKnight be on Hulu? That needs to be rated R as well.
It is TV-MA, but after 3 episodes it seems to be because a bunch of claymation figures get their heads exploded. As far as language or sexual things I’ve been fine with the 7 year old watching so far.
Doing a rewatch. Anyone who thinks another "Super Soldier" is on the level of Steve is simply wrong. Steve was injected with like 12 vials of the serum and subjected to radiation treatment. One little shot is not going replicate that process.
Cap held off a gauntletEd thanos before getting backhanded He would take on 10 of those supes wo breaking a sweat
Serum math seems tricky. How much did Bucky get? In WS, he fought Cap pretty much to a standstill 1-1. But in F&WS he struggled to subdue New Cap even with Falcon's help. And New Cap was a single dose self-administered with knockoff serum.
There’s a diff between WS Bucky and CA&WS Bucky imo. but also I think it depends on which CA you get. It seems like he got stronger and stronger with each movie
The scientist said he used the original research and all the other tests to “perfect” the formula so they’d no longer need as much or use the vita-rays to trigger the transformation. It’s also the reason Cap physically transformed while other super soldiers didn’t. In saying that, remember what Dr Erskine said “The serum amplifies everything that is inside, so good becomes great; bad becomes worse. This is why you were chosen. Because the strong man who has known power all his life, may lose respect for that power, but a weak man knows the value of strength, and knows... compassion.” No one had stronger “insides” than Cap (see: Mjolnir, users) so even if the formula improved no one would see the improvement seen with Cap.
Blonsky was a physical monster after his injections, it just wrecked his mind. Which is part of what makes Steve so special. Took a full force front kick from Hulk into an oak tree and was ready to go just a few hours later.
looking at the cast list I'm guessing it's this Druig fellow who is described as the Lord of Flames and Nightmares.
just reading through some character bios - Kit Harrington's character sounds awesome but I'm not sure how someone like that fits into this story.
I know nothing about the Eternals from the comics and this trailer doesn't have me all that excited. But you can bet your (you specifically, MtOread ) sweet ass that I'll be seeing that shit opening day in a Dolby Digital theatre! Spoiler That is if AMC is still open by then
I know 0 about the Eternals and the trailer looked ok But the MCU hasnt steered me wrong yet, so I'm in
The Eternals were created by Jack Kirby. If you know anything about comics, then that is all that really needs to be said. Thanos is an offshoot of The Eternals called The Deviants.
I know nothing about The Eternals other than Salma Hayek is in the movie. That's probably going to be enough to push me over the fence to see it, even if that trailer didn't really show anything interesting.
Really liked the trailer, but only because it was so different from what's come before. Looks to be much more sweeping and epic in setting, while retaining a small character scope.
That's still a pretty early trailer so I'll forgive that it feels a lot like a DC trailer. Think that's got a lot to do with the subject matter though, as it feels like it fits in the Wonder Woman universe.
how insane it that the current best director Oscar winner is doing a comic-book movie as her follow-up.
