Not even close. Ms. Marvel is really popular in the comic book world for younger readers. Jubilee has always been tacked on trash.
Best thing about the show was the actor playing Ms. Marvel and her interactions with her family. A ton of relatable family beats.
Not to be incredibly racist but Ms Marvel gave off some Never Have I Ever vibes that I loved The actress who plays the great grandma in MM is FIRE
her powers are definitely the worst part of the show but the coming of age story, the family story, and the education of the india region are all pretty solid things the show did
Definitely. I lived in Oklahoma at the time and a lot of people thought the show made that up. It's definitely not something that was commonly known.
Just had a nerd out reading about Kang and realized, everything that’s happened in terms of “big bad” stuff for the MCU is all because of Loki.
-Avengers: Loki trying to get the tesseract and causing the invasion. Find out he’s working for Thanos. -Ultron: A response that Stark built to prevent another invasion, one that Loki caused -End Game/Infinity War: Loki helped get Thanos the infinity stones and only comes to realize his mistake at the end for redemption. Loki: Helps cause the destruction of the timeline by getting that Kang killed which will cause others to now appear because of the variants and timelines, so the main MCU timeline gets Kang the Conqueror. Please feel free to poke holes in any of this and add anything.
This is literally what Loki the show is about and why the Time Keepers were always hunting variant Lokis
I think Feige should cast Chris Evans as Johnny Storm just for pure chaos reasons I also wouldn’t mind Jessica Alba in a spandex suit again
I still like post-Winter Soldier season 1 AoS as my favorite stretch. At least up until the finale when it became ridiculous and cartoonish. But season 4 AoS was probably the best overall season.
Sometimes I see the actor who played Grant Ward in other shows I watch but he will always be Grant Ward to me
They’re usually pretty good about not actually spoilering major plot points though. I remember the IW/EG sets looked to have big spoilers but they were wrong.
Hi - haven’t watched anything since endgame. Is there a preferred watch order for what’s come out since then?
I'm kinda curious about the future plans for Spider-Man. Since the world doesn't know who he is I can totally see him returning to the street-level "Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" that he was before Tony tapped him in Civil War. Maybe some cross-over stuff with Daredevil. And for the love of god we need a Spidey-Deadpool team up
I believe Feige said he was going to be part of their street level heros going forward. Would love to see Spidey tangle with Fisk finally. Also hoping they start introducing characters like Normal and Harry.
I just want Spider-Man vs Scorpion. That was always my favorite Spider-Man villain growing up. He doesn't have to be the main bad guy of the movie, but as a henchman to be taken out, decked in his green costume with his big tail, that'd be awesome to see in live action. Same with a proper Rhino (like how Deadpool did Juggernaut)
