1. I will have to check with my friend, but I think the idea would be to watch it without paying for it. 2. Thanks.
I respect EJ Liddell for being bold and putting his name on this list. I don't begrudge a man to like movies more than me, so good for him on the Ant Man and Wasp at #1 thing. But I can't condone drafting someone to my NBA franchise who puts Winder Soldier behind IM2 and IM3. Just can't have it.
Just saw MoM last night. I knew Scarlett Witch was powerful but damn. Just wiped the floor with the entire planets magic casters. Wasn't my favorite but really enjoyed it.
Winter Soldier and Guardians behind IM3? Those rankings should make his draft stock fall at least 15 spots.
As one of the few who saw Morbius in theaters, I can confirm that it had picture that move, thus making it a movie.
It is amazing that someone making 7 figures a year thought that Morbius engagement on the internet meant that people wanted a second bite at the apple to see it on the big screen.
On the other hand, this sort of poor judgment makes him a perfect for all things Detroit sports. Boom.
Someone mentioned earlier that it’s got to a desperate effort to capitalize in MoM. Honestly, $82 a treater seems pretty high.
i'd make a joke about it being the first movie to ever flop twice but it apparently made $160 million already. god damn.
And that’s exactly why they’ll keep spewing out this shit. Riding Feige’s coattails to print themselves money.
I think this has more to do with fewer movies being released in theaters currently. It seems like some bad movies have hung around longer than the past because of a lack of inventory.
$160 million doesn’t take into account the cut the theater chains get as well as promotion. That movie at best about broke even for Sony, but probably lost money.
Ummm, they just had a commercial for the GotG ride at DisneyWorld and Rocket wasn’t Bradley Cooper. I am not cool with this.
Supposedly the budget was around $80 million. Advertising is believed to double that, so this is a break even number at best. However, the advertising has to be higher than normal if you push the release date 3 or 4 times, right?
Yes, moving the release date cost the movie a ton of money, since all that ad time they bought was essentially wasted and had to be bought all over again. No way this movie made a profit.
It didn't tank hard enough. My hope was that it would tank so hard Sony had no choice but to scrap all their other films.
There’s cars there so is that a fight in New Asgard? Are those Gorr’s attack dog/demon/beastly thingys they’re fighting?
